- All rooms and cabins are non-smoking.
- Property is all dog-friendly and allowed everywhere but our Gathering Room.
- Friendly dogs live on the property!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLIDAYS:

ROOM & CABIN RESERVATION NOTES:
- 2-3 night minimum stay required with a Saturday (some exceptions off-season and extended minimums for High Seasons and Holidays)
- Rates do not include local room tax.
- Cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) accepted.
- Reservations confirmed with first night's rate paid at the time of booking with the balance due at check-in (Cabins, Holidays, Group or Wedding bookings due 30-60 days prior to arrival).
- $20.00 charge for returned checks.
- Weekend bookings due 30-60 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOMS:
If you should cancel WITHIN 30 DAYS of arrival date,you can reschedule for a $ 50.00 fee. The $ 50.00 fee shall be deducted from your deposit, and the balance will be held as a credit on file for one year. NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. If you should cancel PRIOR TO 30 DAYS of arrival date, you have the option of the following: Reschedule for a $ 50.00 fee. The $ 50.00 fee shall be deducted from the deposit, and the balance will be held as a credit on file for one year,OR you may cancel your reservation. A 1 (one) nights stay cancellation fee shall be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CABINS:

The $ 100.00 fee shall be deducted from your deposit, and the balance will be held as credit on file for one year. REFUND SHALL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. If you should cancel PRIOR TO 30 DAYS of arrival date, you have the option of the following: Reschedule for a $ 250.00 fee. The $ 250.00 fee shall be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be held as a credit on file for one year, OR you may cancel your reservation. A 1 (one) nights stay cancellation fee shall be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
Driving Directions
From Reno/Tahoe Int'l Airport:
Enter onto US-395 S going toward Carson City, Exit 57B toward Virginia city/Carson City/South Lake Tahoe follow same for 17 miles Exit 43/US-395 S through Carson City. Take US-50 W (right) to South Lake Tahoe. Go past Stateline NV (Casino's) turn Left at Ski Run Blvd and follow up to Pioneer Trail, go through signal we are on left just past signal.
From Sacramento:
Going NE From Sacramento take US-50 E over Echo Summit into Tahoe Basin (Myers) Take Right at 1st Traffic Signal (Pioneer Trail) follow 7 miles to Ski Run Blvd. Turn right we just on left.
